Welcome to GenAssist Rescue & Recovery Service.

We pride our breakdown service as one of the best in the UK. Whatever your vehicle, we hope you discover an affordable solution for your rescue and recovery needs.

Why should I choose GenAssist?
There is no need to pay the high prices charged by the UK's motoring clubs to obtain a good quality breakdown service. We place our massive trade fleet that has been built up over 25 years, out to competitive tender every two years, and simply pass the huge savings we make directly back to our customers.

What if I breakdown towing a caravan?
If your vehicle breaks down whilst towing a caravan or trailer, and we are unable to fix it at the roadside. We will recover it together with the caravan or trailer, providing they do not exceed the following dimensions: 8m in length, 3m in height and 2.25m in width.

What if I sell my car?
If you sell your car during the period of cover you can transfer the benefit to the new owner of your vehicle, or we will transfer the remaining balance of cover to another vehicle for you, providing it is less than 3,500kg in weight. Alternatively, if you have never used your membership we will refund you a pro-rata amount for each full month of cover remaining.

Can I trust your breakdown service?
Yes. Every call to GenAssist is patched directly into the recovery control centre. We employ one of the largest breakdown organisations in the UK to attend every one of our customers, and we demand the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

What if I change my mind?
If you find that the cover does not meet your needs, contact us within 14 days and we will cancel your membership and refund your money in full, providing you have not used the service.

What levels of breakdown do you offer?
At present just the one. But this one will cover you for breakdown assistance and nationwide recovery anywhere in the UK, including your home.

What type of vehicles do you cover?
Any car, motorcycle, or light commercial vehicle providing it does not exceed 3,500kg in weight.

How can I pay for my breakdown cover?
You can pay online using credit or debit card, alternatively, you can contact our office Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5.00pm, on 01522 515608.

What if someone else drives my vehicle?
Your car is covered whoever drives it.
   
Do you cover motorcycles?
Yes we do! The rates displayed on this website apply to cars, bikes, and vans!
