If you sell your vehicle whilst it is still covered by GenAssist, we will transfer the cover to the new owner, or transfer the remaining cover to your new vehicle, without any fees.
Alternatively, if you have never used your membership, we will refund you a pro-rata amount for each full month of cover remaining.
